Dry needling shows some interesting potential for chronic pain in that it's stimulating the nerves/muscles from deep within. Massage, cupping, and other forms of muscle relief are going outside --> in, so it's a different approach. So far my results have been relatively positive, though I still have more to go. Your mileage may vary depending on the situation. Let me know if you decide to try it! =)
